MONDAY

4:30 pm - Amateur Boxing Off-Season Training**

6:00 pm - Fitness Boxing*

7:00 pm - Warrior Training (starting on Monday, April 13)

 

TUESDAY

5:30 pm to 7:30pm - Workout Challenge (the gym will be open for 2 hours, with a pre-written workout that you can start whenever you get there)

 

WEDNESDAY

4:30 pm - Amateur Boxing Off-Season Training**

5:15 pm - Kids Kickboxing

6:30 pm - Fitness Boxing*

 

THURSDAY

6:00 pm - Warrior Training

7:00 pm -  Fitness Boxing*

 

SATURDAY

9:00 am - Open Sparring

10:00 am - Fitness Boxing*

11:15 am - Kids Kickboxing

 

By Appointment During Off-Class Hours

Personal Training - Individual, Dual and Overlapping Training Available

Private Group Classes (6+ people)

 

* Fitness Boxing is our core class that new members should ideally come to for their first class at CFB.  No appointments are necessary, just show up to any class you want to come to.

 

** Amatuer Boxing Off-Season Training is primarily for members of the High School Boxing Team or University of Cincinnati Boxing Club or those planning on joining next season.  Ask Jeff or Kenny at the gym for further information.
