4:30pm to 6:30pm - Workout Challenge (There is a pre-written workout that you can start whatever time you get to the gym)

6:30pm - Strength & Conditioning

 

WEDNESDAY

3:30pm - High School & UC Boxing Team Practice

5:30pm - Kids MMA

6:30pm - Fitness Boxing*

 

THURSDAY

3:30 pm - High School & UC Boxing Team Practice

6:15 pm -  Fitness Boxing*

 

FRIDAY

5:30pm - Strength & Conditioning

 

SATURDAY

9:00 am - Open Sparring

10:00 am - Fitness Boxing*

11:15 am - Kids MMA

 

By Appointment During Off-Class Hours

Personal Training - Individual, Dual and Overlapping Training Available

Private Group Classes (6+ people)

 

* Fitness Boxing is our core class that new members should ideally come to for their first class at CFB.  No appointments are necessary, just show up to any class you want to come to.
